Ordering & Shipping

Shipping Methods - We ship by FedEx air, Fed Ex ground, and USPS Trackable Media. International orders are shipped by Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail. The shipping fee is auto-calculated during the checkout process and is available for review prior to order confirmation.

Worldwide Shipping - We ship to all continents, and international orders leave our distribution facility within 3 business days of order receipt.

International shipping charges are calculated based upon order weight and destination. This value is auto-calculated during the checkout process and is available for review prior to order confirmation.

 

Express Delivery Rates - Express shipping rates start at $22.95, and the rate is contingent upon both total package(s) weight and package destination.

Track Your Order - Customers receive a package tracking number during the completion of the checkout process. This tracking number enables you to view the shipping and delivery status of your order at any time.

Gifts & Gift Cards - At checkout you will be able to add the address of a gift recipient(s) as well as a personalized gift message. The packing slip that accompanies gift orders does not display the purchase price; only the carton contents and items purchased are visible to the recipient.

 

Product Availability - We stock all of the products that we offer. However, some of our vendors produce in limited quantities. If an item is sold out, this will be indicted in the product description.

Return Policy - Purchases & gift orders may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of item receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and/or unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customer Service

Our objective is to provide not only quality merchandise, but a quality shopping experience as well. Ordering online is simple and secure. You will be free from all surprise online purchasing hassles, including pop-up ads, demographic data sharing, and auto-email subscription lists. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal. We respect the privacy of our customers, do not share demographic information with outside parties, and do not store billing data on our servers. Merchandise, with the exception of special orders, are returnable and gift purchases are packaged in our signature wrapping and include a personalized gift card.

We welcome your questions, and invite you to contact us on 800.656.3587 between 9 am and 9 pm US EST or contact us via email. Our call center representatives are employees of our store and can physically stand up and view and touch our inventory as well as help with selection decisions. If you phone us during non-standard business hours, take a moment to leave a message. We willreply promptly, and our staff check phone and email messages throughout the day, seven days per week..

When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship within 2-4 business days of order receipt, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Our merchandise is inventoried and shipped from our own distribution center.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are shipped within 3 business days. The shipping charge for International orders is calculated based upon order weight and destination. This value is calculated during the checkout process and is available for review prior to order confirmation. Choose from either Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail (EMS) at checkout.
 
How do I know you received my order?
Immediately following your checkout, you are sent an email containing receipt of your order. This email contains a copy of your entire order, including your order number. If you do not see this message in your Inbox, please check your Bulk/Spam/Junk Mail folder. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email, or if anything regarding your order does not appear to be correct, please contact us.
 
How can I track my order?
If you have an account, you can login and access your order status from the 'My Account' page, or by clicking 'Track Order' from the top of our site at anytime. You will need the order number you received in your order email confirmation.
 
Do you provide alternate shipping methods like Express?
Express Shipping is available at checkout. We ship Express orders via 2nd business day FedEx. For international orders, we provide Global Express Mail (EMS), which delivers within 3-5 days.
 
How do I qualify for free shipping?
If an item is listed as having free shipping then you will not be charged shipping for this item. However, if your order contains items not eligible for free shipping, then you will be charged appropriatley as noted at checkout. All items marked as having free shipping are sent via USPS Ground, and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. International Orders currently do not qualify for free shipping.
 
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
Orders shipped via FedEx will not be delivered to your PO Box. They will leave a notice in your box that the package has arrived, and you can pick up the package at the FedEx station where the package is being held. If you do not wish to have to pick up your package at a FedEx station, please provide us a shipping address that is not a PO Box.
 
What is the return policy?
Our customers may absolutely return a product for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Returned items for credit or exchange must be in their original condition, unused and/or unworn, and in its original packaging. We aim to please; that's why we exist. To make an exchange or return simply contact us to request a return authorization (RA). Exchanges for store credit are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase. If you believe an item is defective, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. All of this said, whatever your need, we are happy to help. We want you to be pleased.

Fabric Return Policy: Cut fabric may not be returned, and it is not eligible for exchange.
