Standard Delivery - Domestic
International Orders
We ship by FedEx air, FedEx ground, and USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped by Global Express Mail. Our shipping fee -- which is always the lowest possible -- is auto-calculated during the checkout process and is available for review prior to order confirmation. Standard delivery orders leave our warehouse within 3 days and typically arrive within 5 - 7 days.

2-Day Express

Our express shipping rates start at $22.95. Express rates are determined based on total package(s) weight and package destination.

Next Day Air

Product Availability

We strive to keep all products, with the exception of oversize rugs and heavy-weight quilts, stocked in our DC area warehouse. However, some of our vendors produce in limited quantities. If an item is unavailable or out of stock this will be indicated in the product description.

e-Gift Cards

Gift receipients are notified electronically. To redeem an e-gift card the recipient enters the gift code provided in the gift card email in the appropriate field at checkout. The gift amount is not redeemable for cash, and any unused balance remains in the recipient's account. Balances are not transferable. If the total purchase price exceeds the amount of the gift, the recipient may pay the balance during checkout.

Recipients are notified of their remaining balance each time an order is placed. This information appears on each order confirmation. Honfleur Home, LLC retains the right to close customer accounts and request an alternative form of payment if a fraudulently obtained virtual gift card is redeemed to make a purchase on the Honfleur Home website.



















We ship to all continents, and international orders leave our distribution facility within 3 business days of order receipt. International shipping charges are calculated based upon order weight and destination. This value is auto-calculated during the checkout process and is viewable prior to order confirmation.

Free Shipping

Items eligible for free shipping are indicated on an item's product description. There is no minimum order required to take advantage of our free ship offers.

Returns

Items may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of item receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and/or unworn and in their original packaging. Exceptions: fabric purchases and special orders are not eligible for refund or credit.

Gift Receipts

At checkout you will be able to add the address of a gift recipient. Items sent as gifts do not display the purchase price; only the items purchased are listed.

About Our Service

Our objective is to provide not only quality merchandise, but a quality shopping experience as well. All items with the exception of special orders are returnable, and gift purchases are packaged in our signature wrapping and include a personalized gift card.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship within 3-5 business days of order receipt, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Our merchandise is inventoried and shipped from our own distribution center.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped within 3 business days. Pricing for International orders is calculated based upon order weight and destination. This value is calculated during the checkout process and is available for review prior to order confirmation. Choose from either Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail (EMS) at checkout.
 
How do I know you received my order?
Immediately following your checkout, you are sent an email containing receipt of your order. This email contains a copy of your entire order, including your order number. If you do not see this message in your Inbox, please check your Bulk/Spam/Junk Mail folder. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email or if you find a discrepancy in your order confirmation, please contact us.
 
How can I track my order?
If you have an account, you can login and access your order status from the 'My Account' page, or by clicking 'Track Order' from the top of our site at anytime. You will need the order number you received in your email confirmation.
 
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We offer 2nd business day express shipping delivery at checkout. We ship 2nd day express via FedEx or USPS. For international orders, we provide Global Express Mail (EMS) and delivers within 3-5 days. If you need an order overnighted, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
 
How do I qualify for free shipping?
If an item is listed as having free shipping then you will not be charged shipping for this item. However, if your order contains items that are not eligible for free shipping, you will be charged the corresponding shipping rate for non free ship items. All items marked as having free shipping are sent via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3 business days. International Orders currently do not qualify for free shipping.
 
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
Orders shipped via FedEx will not be delivered to your PO Box. They will leave a notice in your box that the package has arrived, and you can pick up the package at the FedEx station where the package is being held. If you do not wish to have to pick up your package at a FedEx station, please provide us a shipping address that is not a PO Box.
 
What is the return policy?
Our customers may absolutely return a product for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Returned items for credit or exchange must be in their original condition, unused and/or unworn, and in its original packaging. Exchanges for store credit are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase. If you believe an item is defective, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. All of this said, whatever your need, we are happy to help. We want you to be pleased.

Fabric Return Policy: Unfortunately we do not accept fabric returns.
